Nestled in the lush greenery of Luberon, Le Mas Aux Arômes is a charming B&B that strikes a balance between luxury and value. As a marine biologist with a penchant for the natural world, I appreciated the tranquil garden and inviting outdoor spaces, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the region. Our room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV for winding down in the evening. The seasonal outdoor pool offers a refreshing escape during warm afternoons, while sun loungers provide a great spot for reading or soaking up the sun. Gilles and Valerie, the dedicated hosts, made our stay memorable with their warm hospitality. Breakfasts featured an array of homemade delights, including memorable jams that made even the simplest baguette feel special. Dinner, priced at €27, was an excellent deal, providing a gourmet experience with locally sourced ingredients. While the B&B lacks some high-end hotel-like luxuries, such as paid airport shuttles or extensive tourism services, the personal touch and homey atmosphere more than compensated for this.
